General Cancellation Terms

- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled booking will receive a full refund/credit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows:
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or service without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
- Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Special Conditions
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain services or products may be labelled as non-refundable. These will be clearly identified during the booking process.
- Group Bookings: For group reservations, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date will result in a loss of the deposit or 100% of the total cost.
