BOOKING TERMS

Bookings & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of your session unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Where more than 24 hours’ notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule your booking to another available date. Deposit transfers are at the discretion of SoundBunker Algarve.

Failure to attend a booked session without notice (“no-show”) will result in the loss of the deposit.

Arrival Times

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session.

Late arrivals may reduce your booked studio time, as sessions cannot normally be extended if another booking follows.

Studio Conduct

All guests must treat the studio, equipment and other visitors with care and respect.

SoundBunker Algarve reserves the right to end any session without refund if behaviour is abusive, threatening, dangerous or likely to cause damage to people or equipment.

Any person causing deliberate or negligent damage to equipment, furnishings or the premises may be charged for repair or replacement costs.

Food & Drink

Drinks are permitted only in designated areas or where authorised by staff.

Food and drink must be kept away from studio equipment unless permission has been given.

Alcohol may only be consumed during approved private events where permitted by SoundBunker Algarve.

Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless participating in a supervised SoundBunker activity.

Recording & Content

Clients retain ownership of their original performances and recordings once full payment has been received.

SoundBunker Algarve retains ownership of any studio templates, production techniques and proprietary session files unless otherwise agreed.

We may request permission to use photographs, short video clips or excerpts of completed work for promotional purposes. Permission is entirely optional and can be declined.

Photography & Media

Photography and filming may take place within the studio for promotional purposes. Please let us know before your session if you do not wish to appear in any promotional content.

Health & Safety

Clients must follow all reasonable instructions from staff.

Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.

Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Liability

Vehicles and personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk.

While every reasonable care is taken, SoundBunker Algarve cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including power failures, severe weather or equipment failure.

Payments

All prices are quoted in Euros unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be subject to applicable Portuguese VAT (IVA).

Outstanding balances must be settled before delivery of final recordings, photographs or other completed work unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptance

By paying a deposit or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
